Jeesus, be careful out there on the Strip...
Some nutso decided his life sucked so he felt the best way to go out was to intentionally take out about 13 people near Bally's yesterday. Here is the story from the LVRJ
In other Vegas News, Norm is reporting that the New Frontier is coming down to make room for a new place called Mondo. Supposedly, this giant Ferris Wheel that was previously rumored to be at Rio may make its way to Mondo. I don't get the fascination with a giant Ferris Wheel. I figure it is the creation of someone with Penis envy.
I wish they would build it already. It was a dumb idea before and it still is. At what price, would you be enticed to ride a Ferris Wheel on the Strip? Great idea to build something of the sort on prime, costly property. You want it on the strip? Build it at Circus Circus with that amusement park.
